When you publish User Submissions using the public setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of WebBoard app, to access and use that content, and to associate it with you (i.e. your name and profile picture).

WebBoard makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, WebBoard does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall WebBoard or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WebBoard’s Internet site, even if WebBoard or a WebBoard authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. - impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of Company.
Additionally, you shall not: (i) take any action that imposes or may impose (as determined by Company in its sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Company’s (or its third party providers’) infrastructure; (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service or any activities conducted on the Service; (iii) bypass any measures Company may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service (or other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service); (iv) run Maillist, Listserv, any form of auto-responder or "spam" on the Service; or (v) use manual or automated software, devices, or other processes to "crawl" or "spider" any page of the Site.
You shall not (directly or indirectly): (i) decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of the Service, except to the limited extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction, (ii) modify, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of any part of the Service, or (iii) copy, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer any of the rights that you receive hereunder. The quality of real time communication on WebBoard is completely dependent on the users internet connection speed and WebBoard shall not be responsible for any loss incured to the user because of it.
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on WebBoard's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. WebBoard does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. WebBoard may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. WebBoard does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
WebBoard has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by WebBoard of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for next month's Subscription Fee. If you cancel your Subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current monthly or yearly Subscription period.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT OR REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the monthly or yearly billing cycle.
Any claim relating to WebBoard's web site shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
